Students at San Marcos High School are helping kids raise thousands of dollars for their community! This group of students are in the non-profit group Kids Helping Kids on the school campus. “The goal is to teach the students responsibility and business skills while helping others…” especially since they are hoping to raise $100,000.00 for five years. This amazing group of kids have already raised thousands of dollars to “help students pay for needs such as advanced placement and SAT exams or even a wheelchair for a disabled student. They have also sent money to help young people in Africa.” When we read about these Random Acts of Kid-ness we are touched by the compassion and enthusiasm these kids share for helping other kids less fortunate than they are!
